Tested, powers up and turns on. Screen does display at a high quality but there are apparent marks to the outer screen as pictured, these are visible when the tv display is black or switched off. Accessories include, tv remotes, power cable, batteries etc. Please note that other underlying issues may be present that were not visible during testing as this item is a customer return.
