What's in our computer and laptop auctions

Our weekly computer auctions feature stock from clearance, surplus, ex-business, end-of-lease and IT decommissioning channels. Each lot description states the make, model, specification, condition and any known faults so you can decide what's right for you before bidding.

Business laptop auctions

Browse laptop and netbook auctions featuring business-grade machines from major brands. Recent stock has regularly included:

• Dell Latitude: including the 3000, 5000 and 7000 series across 12.5-inch, 13.3-inch and 14-inch displays, with Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors and RAM from 4GB to 16GB
• HP EliteBook, ProBook and Stream: including the EliteBook x360 G8 convertible and HP ProBook 440 series
• Lenovo ThinkPad, IdeaPad and Yoga ranges
• Panasonic Toughbook: including the CF-53 rugged business laptop

Most laptops are ex-business stock, so they typically arrive without retail packaging. Specifications, storage capacity and condition are listed in each lot description, including any cosmetic damage or missing components.

Desktop and all-in-one PC auctions

Desktops and all-in-one PCs appear regularly, including refurbishable workstations and office PCs.

Tablet auctions

Tablet auctions include iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Lenovo Tab, Amazon Fire and other tablets, depending on weekly stock. Most lots are postal.

Printer and scanner auctions

Browse printer, scanner and supplies auctions featuring HP Envy, HP Smart Tank, HP Color Laser, Kyocera ECOSYS and other printer brands, plus genuine ink cartridges (HP 301, HP 364) and toner cartridges in bulk and single lots.

Monitor and display auctions

Monitor, projector and accessory auctions include business and gaming monitors, including Lenovo ThinkCentre and other office-grade displays.

Peripheral auctions

Peripherals include keyboards (Corsair K100 Air and others), mice, headsets, webcams and other accessories.

Server and enterprise networking

Enterprise networking and servers features rack servers, switches, server graphics cards (NVIDIA GRID PCIe GPUs) and other data centre kit. Home networking and connectivity covers consumer routers, switches, network cards and Wi-Fi equipment.

Components, parts and spares

Components and parts lots include RAM, drives, batteries, screens and other internal components. Many are sold as spares or for repair — useful for refurbishers and IT support businesses.

You don't need a business or trade account to bid. Anyone can register a free account and place bids on any lot.

How our computer auctions work

Place a bid online any time before the auction closes. You can bid manually in the minimum increments shown, or set a maximum bid and our system will bid on your behalf up to your limit. The highest bid when the timer ends wins. Lots auto-extend by 2 minutes if a bid is placed in the closing minute.

Reading laptop and computer lot descriptions

Each lot title typically lists the make, model, processor, RAM, storage and display size. Watch for these terms in titles and descriptions, which set expectations before you bid:

• Boxed: in original packaging
• Unboxed: without retail packaging
• No storage / SSD removed: drive removed before listing, sold without an operating system
• Damage stated: hinge, bezel, screen or other cosmetic or functional issues described in the title
• Used: pre-owned, working condition as stated in the description

UK postal delivery

Laptops, tablets, peripherals, printers and most accessories are marked Postal and shipped UK-wide. Bulk lots, larger desktop PCs, rack servers and oversized printers are typically Collection only from our saleroom. The fulfilment option is shown clearly on every lot page.

Buyer's premium and VAT apply on top of the hammer price. Current rates are shown on every lot page.
