Q: Are the perfumes new and sealed?

Most fragrance lots in our auctions are boxed and sealed, meaning the original cellophane is intact and the bottle is unopened. Some lots are boxed but unsealed (boxed but without the original wrap), and a small number are unboxed testers or partial bottles. Every lot description states the condition clearly before you bid.

Q: Can I get fragrances delivered or do I have to collect?

Most fragrance lots are marked Postal and shipped UK-wide. A few lots, usually bulk multi-bottle pallets or mixed cosmetic lots, are Collection only from our saleroom. Each lot page shows the fulfilment option before you bid.

How our beauty auctions work

Place a bid online any time before the auction closes. You can bid manually in minimum increments, or set a maximum and let our system bid for you up to your limit. The highest bid when the timer ends wins. Lots auto-extend by 2 minutes if a bid lands in the closing minute.

UK postal delivery

Most fragrance, skincare and individual cosmetic lots are marked Postal and shipped UK-wide. Bulk lots, lots with restricted items (such as tobacco products) and some heavier items are Collection only from our saleroom. Each lot page shows the fulfilment option clearly before you bid.

Buyer's premium and VAT apply on top of the hammer price.

All supplement and nutrition lots are sold within their best-before date, which is clearly stated in the lot description. Items past their best-before date are not listed for sale. We recommend checking the listed expiry date carefully before bidding, and following manufacturer guidance on storage and use. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional, we cannot give individual nutrition or medical advice.

Do I need a business or trade account to bid?

No. Anyone can register a free account and bid on any lot, no trade account or business registration required. Private buyers, resellers and trade buyers all welcome.
