Our weekly wholesale and job lot auctions provide direct access to bulk stock drawn from surplus retail inventory, customer returns, end-of-line ranges, and overstock clearance.

Wholesale auction collection or delivery
Every lot listing provides clear descriptions, photos, estimated item counts, and condition notes where known, helping you calculate potential resale margins before you place a bid.
Collection or UK postal delivery:
- Collection Only: Most full-pallet, bulk liquidations, and heavy commercial lots are marked collection only, typically hosted at our primary saleroom in Handforth, Cheshire.
- UK Postal Delivery: Smaller job lots, single box parcels, and lightweight trade items are marked postal and shipped directly across the UK.
Each lot clearly shows its fulfilment option before you bid. Buyer's premium and VAT apply on top of the hammer price, with current rates shown on every lot page.

- Place your bid: Bid manually in minimum increments or set a maximum bid so our system can bid on your behalf up to your limit.
- Win and save: The highest bid when the timer expires wins the lot. (Lots automatically extend by 2 minutes if a bid is placed in the final 60 seconds to ensure fair bidding for everyone).
Frequently asked questions about job lot and wholesale auctions
What is a job lot auction?
A job lot auction sells goods grouped together, typically a pallet, box or cage of items, rather than as individual products. You bid on the whole lot, and the winning bidder takes everything in it. It's how most surplus, returns and clearance stock is sold to trade buyers.
Do I need a business to bid?
No. Anyone can register a free account and bid. Our buyers include private resellers, hobbyists, market traders, small retailers and online sellers. You're not required to be VAT-registered or have a trading licence.
Can I see lots before bidding?
Yes. Every lot page includes photographs and a description of the contents. We also run viewing days before each auction, check the auction listing page for current viewing times and the saleroom address.
How does delivery work?
Smaller lots marked "Postal" can be shipped within the UK. Pallets and bulk lots are collection only, you'll need to arrange transport from the saleroom. Each lot page shows the fulfilment option clearly before you bid.
What are your fees and charges?
All lots sold with us are subject to:
- 20% buyers premium*
- 5% internet fee*
- £2.00 lotting fee*
*All of which are plus VAT.
All lots unless otherwise specified are subject to 20% VAT on the hammer price of the item.
