When you bid & buy through our auction centre & online services:

To facilitate in providing our services, we are required to gather information to, manage the accounts you hold with us, process your orders and ensure we have the correct contact information through any sms/automated call and address validation systems.

For our online services we utilise a number of inhouse and third party services to ensure that we providing the best possible facilities for all our website users, ensure our systems are working optimally and receive information on any potential issues that may arise from our services.
