'Rosalind' is by far our most sought after guitar. The combination of a

beautiful and comfortable cutaway classical guitar with the added benefits

of on board active pickup are obvious to any classical guitarist.  So much

so that stocks are always difficult to come by as our factory cannot keep up

with our demands for this model. It is extremely rare to see a Suzuki

Rosalind on the second hand market.

 

Model Description: The Suzuki 'Rosalind' is a full size, professional class

classical guitar with cutaway body and 4 band E.Q. It is beautifully

finished with deep lacquered Mahogany back (two piece) and sides, black and

gold coloured binding, one piece mahogany neck/ headstock and a Spruce Top

which is detailed with an attractive Rosette. The action is fast and

accurate using Suzuki's famous rosewood fingerboard. Played on its own, the

Rosalind will perform just as any Suzuki Classical Guitar with a fast action

and surprising frequency range, played through an amplifier the guitar

really comes to life, offering incredible versatility of sound and opening

the door to many new playing styles due to the cutaway and built in pickup/

E.Q. 

 

The Suzuki Rosalind easily equals guitars with a much, much higher price tag

and you should expect to own this guitar for many years.

 

Suzuki well understands the importance of looking good as well as sounding

good and so this model is finished in beautiful natural, a fine sound hole

rosette and engraved machine heads. Certainly a guitar to be proud of. 

 

 Quality control is stringent and along with other tests the neck is checked

for accuracy and should come to you as straight as an arrow. The action is

set accurately on the 1st and 12th fret and checked by QC. In all, this is a

beautifully constructed and finished instrument of a build quality we expect

from Suzuki. It is completely unlike the poor quality rubbish that seems to

litter the market (If you examine many guitars you will find poor quality

construction, overspray, messy glue stains, stickers around the sound hole

that peel off, bad intonation and bridge design, etc etc.) This is not the

case with a Suzuki Guitar. It is supplied with gig bag for protection.
