The auctioneers will not accept liability for any balance or expiry discrepancies that are not raised within this time period. In the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy, a refund will be given once proof has been provided to and confirmed by the auctioneer. Statements for all gift cards can be obtained from all major retailers and will be used alongside the auctioneers’ photographic record to reconcile any discrepancies as they arise.
