Outer box shows light wear and surface dirt; edges creased. Main vacuum body, wand, floor head and manual visible; some parts wrapped in plastic. No obvious damage or missing major components visible. This product is untested by our staff at Simon Charles and therefore may not work and/or have parts missing. Please be aware that this product is a customer return.
