We maintain transparent listing standards across all furniture for auction. Every lot page clearly indicates product condition, including boxed flat-pack items, ex-display models, open-box items, and customer returns.

Collection or UK postal delivery

• Collection only: Larger or assembled furniture items (dining tables, large sideboards, desks, and multi-box TV units) are marked collection only from our saleroom.
• UK postal delivery: Compact flat-pack items, small side tables, bar stools, and lighter home office accessories are marked postal and shipped directly nationwide.
• Third-party couriers: Buyers purchasing collection-only furniture regularly arrange courier pickup via services like AnyVan or Shiply.

Buyer’s premium and VAT apply on top of the final hammer price. Current rates are displayed clearly on every lot page so you know your total costs upfront.

2. Place your bid: Bid manually in minimum increments or set a maximum bid so our system can bid on your behalf up to your limit.
3. Win and save: The highest bid when the timer expires wins the lot. (Lots automatically extend by 2 minutes if a bid is placed in the final 60 seconds to ensure fair bidding for everyone).
