Terms & Conditions Of Membership

1. The Buyer

By agreeing to the Membership Subscription, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of auction outlined online for each sale.
If the Buyer does not abide by the terms outlined for each sale they partake in and/or the Total Amount Due is not paid on any lot the Buyer will be in default and SIMONCHARLESDOTCOM LTD shall, at its absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other rights it may have, be entitled to suspend the Buyer's Membership and all accounts held online and in the room.
Auction Deposits are still required to bid unless otherwise stated.

Membership Subscription Fee is applicable per annum and is non-refundable.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time throughout the duration of your annual subscription with 7 days written notice to Auction OMS Ltd on behalf of SIMONCHARLESDOTCOM LTD.
Membership Subscription Fee is not taken as part payment for any outstanding invoices or used as a deposit to enable bidding.
Membership grants the Buyer Free entry to SIMONCHARLESDOTCOM LTD, it does not entitle a free catalogue unless otherwise stated. Catalogues must still be purchased at the Auction Centre should the Buyer require one.
Memberships will not be set to Auto-Renew at the end of each subscription. An email reminder will be sent out 7 days before the subscription expires.

Membership cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. Any persons known to be using another buyers card will be denied entry to the Auction Centre.
Membership Card remains the property of SIMONCHARLESDOTCOM LTD on behalf of Auction OMS Ltd and any lost or stolen card will incur a £10 Replacement Fee.
